In this transformative workshop, your employees will discover and develop the power and potential of breath. They will be guided through a gentle nervous system reset, switching from a fight and flight state to rest and digest which is linked to the parasympathetic nervous system.
During this 60 minute session, your employees will:
Learn the science of how mindful breathing improves both your physical and mental health.
Discover simple and quick hacks on how to change your mental state instantly using only your breath.
Practice 40 minutes worth of breathing exercises that will:
Bring a relaxed state of calmness like you’ve never experienced, decluttering and rebooting your mental state

How it works
Capacity: 20 people Duration: 60 minutes.
Equipment: Yoga mats, blankets and eyes masks will be provided. We recommend participants wear warm, comfortable clothing and to bring lip balm and a drink bottle.
